House Votes to Prohibit Transfers from Guantanamo
"The U.S. House of Representatives Thursday voted to prohibit his administration from transferring detainees from the Guantanamo Bay military prison to the United States."
It seems that the Democrats have no loyalty to their administration. Many do not support the President who led the party to victory. Are Democrats unable to govern?

COMMENT
It's not only California; the whole nation has too many convicts. Prisons are overcrowded and the cost to society is overwhelming. Is it too late to send criminals to Australia?
